I was tasked with designing a pocket guide to Death Valley for park visitors. The guide featured safety information and general tips for visiting the park as well as points of interest.
The muted, nature-inspired color scheme and worn rawhide look set the tone for park visitors. Each destination has a map marking its location in the park. The torn paper headings create visual interest give the guide a used, tried-and-true personality.
